Carpet repair prices can vary greatly, depending on a number of variables. To break & redo a door seam is $125 and this is useful when stretching a hallway carpet. To cut and replace carpet and do a patch in a doorway that has damage is $250 and will require donor carpet. Normally this is taken from a closet. It’s difficult to give an exact price on carpet repair. It’s best to text pictures or have us out to give you an onsite quote. Our minimum service call is $200. Bonded inserts or carpet patches can vary anywhere from $200-$450, depending on size.

Carpet stretching price is $175 for the first room & $75 each additional room of carpet stretching for homes under 3000 total square feet. Stairs of an average size are $175 to stretch. IF it’s required that we break a seam and redo it in order to properly re-stretch rippled carpet, an additional $125 each will be added. We always try to avoid this if at all possible. Homes over 3000 total square feet will be charged at the rate of $1.25/sq.ft. Most carpets that need re-stretching, get that way because of improper installation and should be re-stretched by a certified & professional carpet repair company.
